I'm a REALTOR with eXp Realty, based in Kona and licensed in Hawaii since 2018. Most of my clients are buying from the mainland or Canada, usually a second home or a vacation-rental condo on the Kona Coast. My job is to make that decision as clear as buying a home down the street: what you will own, what it costs to hold, what the rental rules allow, and whether the building is well run.

- See it without flying over. I can walk you through a unit on a live video call before you decide whether to visit.
- Close with a local team. I coordinate the inspection, escrow and closing here on the island.
Outside of work
I'm one of the few people to have summited Kauai's Mt. Wai'ale'ale. When I'm not putting deals together, you'll find me in the surf at Poipu or on the backcountry trails in Waimea.
